A highly acclaimed Two Chef Hat award winner at the 2023 Australian Good Food Guide awards and Best Deluxe Restaurant from the TAA 2023, Warabi boasts an unparalleled mastery of Japanese culinary artistry that reveres age-old traditions. Through its ever-evolving, nine-course set menu, this culinary gem emphasizes seasonal ingredients and elevated beverage pairings meticulously crafted in an Omakase setting, celebrating the Kappo style of cuisine philosophy.

**About the Role**
- Controls purchases and inventory by negotiating prices and contracts, developing preferred supplier lists, reviewing and evaluating usage reports, and taking corrective action
- Applies sound revenue management strategies to secure the right level of business at the most optimal time to yield maximum revenues
- Oversees the restaurant marketing plan in partnership with the Hotel Manager, Director of Beverage and Food and Hotel Marketing Team
- Manages day-to-day restaurant operations
- Understands talent positions well enough to perform duties in talents' absence
- Monitors compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Foster an environment that creates exciting and memorable guest experiences
- Meets with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels, and overall satisfaction
- Verifies corrective action is taken to continuously improve service results
- Actively participates in the hiring process to identify the right talent to support the venue concept
