If you're a hospo enthusiast and have a love for multifaceted venues that excell in food & beverage, and event, then this could be your calling..

We are working with an ownership that are is need of a ready made hospitality leader that wants to be more than a typical Shift Manager, someone who looks at the bigger picture and is seeking partnership opportunities.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will assist and support everything from shift management to local area marketing, and event management to stock management.

Day to day you will gravitate to playing a hands-on role on the floor with a clear focus on delivering high standards of customer service, and will enjoy being one of the main faces of the business.

This small group will provide longer term opportunities to step up and shine, and further acquisitions could also be on the cards..

You're a gun recruiter and trainer, and have the ability to hire and coach in the eyes of the ownerships clear vision.

We encourage all hospitality leaders with experience at a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar level to apply
