**The Role**
- People from Culturally or Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds

- Older people unable to find suitable employment
- Residents who may be experiencing hardship

Make a difference in our community

The Early Years Program Support Facilitator role is a newly created position within the Access and Engagement unit of the Children & Families Department.

This position aims to:

- Work with the Best Start facilitator to engage with Kindergartens and families across the municipality to maximise Early Start Kindergarten and Kindergarten attendance and other Early Years services and programs.
- Increase Kindergarten enrolments for three and four-year-old children (including practical support with enrolment) through promotion of Free Kinder initiative and Early Start Kindergarten
- Support engagement of families into other early childhood programs and services in their local area, for example Playgroups and Maternal and Child Health.

**About you**
We are looking for an individual who is aiming to develop their skills in working in partnership with stakeholders, has good interpersonal skills and a passion for the early years.
