**About Us**:
Binah is a well-established Australian builder with a rich 15-year history of growth and success. Specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, we have built a robust portfolio in the private sector, with an average project value of $150 million and an impressive annual turnover exceeding $200 million.
**Your New Role**:
As Binah’s New Business Coordinator, you will report to the Bid Manager and work closely with the New Business Manager to support the new business team in securing future work.
**Your Responsibilities include**:
- Working with the Marketing, Preconstruction Manager, Commercial Manager, New Business Manager and Estimating teams and Bid Manager to collate and submit tenders.
- Manage internal processes to ensure the efficient and timely submission of proposals including Request for Tenders (RFT), Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Capability Statements
- Collect and collate data on project opportunities including maintaining HubSpot and other similar databases.
- Collate creative content and work with Marketing team to develop CVs, and creative content to include in bid submissions.
- Assist the New Business Manager with organising client meetings including B2B’s, site walks and other networking opportunities.
**For You to Be Successful**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Tertiary Qualification in a building or marketing related discipline is preferable
- 3 years’ experience in managing and coordinating bid, EOI, and ECI submissions
- Strong background in construction, design and marketing
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice
- Strong knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Instagram, Facebook
- Proven record as a Bid Coordinator role or similar is preferable
- Positive, collaborative team player
- Solutions focused with an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Collateral management and document control
- Ability to write media plans
- Ability to manage external resources for on time delivery of marketing materials
