**Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards of quality in every product, ensuring consistency and freshness.

**Kitchen Management**: Oversee the bakery kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and adhering to food safety standards.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the culinary team to create harmonious menus and ensure a consistent dining experience.

**Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by offering recommendations, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

**Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene standards and a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong portfolio of creative and artisanal baked goods.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and the ability to adapt and innovate.
- Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
