**Australian based civil construction & infrastructure company**. They are looking for
**TWO** passionate & enthusiastic
**HR Advisors.** These are
**permanent opportunities.**

These are newly created roles on the back of the HR team expansion.

Reporting to the
**HR Business Partner**, who is incredible knowledgeable, there to support and develop your HR Career and definitely not a micro manager The
**Human Resources Advisor** is responsible for providing professional human resources advice and support to managers and employees, with guidance from the Human Resource Business Partners.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Provide timely day-to-day HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and employees in recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration and conflict resolution; escalating to the HR Business Partner where required
- Maintain the business organisation structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Initiating the onboarding process and any pre-employment checks of all new hires.
- Attend operational team meetings throughout the business to advise of upcoming events, procedural updates or offers related to Human Resources
- Coordinating the undergraduate intake including providing a short list to the hiring manager, confirming interview times & onboarding of new students.
- Assist in project delivery and any HR initiatives both solo and in partnership with HR Business Partner and Snr HR Coordinator
- Attend and facilitate performance management meetings, ensuring procedural fairness and appropriate notes are taken
- Manage the probation review process and annual performance appraisal deadlines and liaise with managers to ensure timely completion of documentation.
- With support from the HR Business Partner, manage instances of employee relations, including creation and provision of applicable documentation

**To be considered**: This is all about having the right personality, if you're someone who is proactive, can hunt for information and not afraid to ask questions then this is for you Ideally you have:

- You must have at least 5 years experience within an HR Generalist role (Advisor/Coordinator) preferably in a blue collar environment
- Ability to build relationships quickly and confidently with key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally and have strong listening and negotiating skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with the drive to follow tasks to their completion in adherence with timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills within ambiguous and/or changing environments
