Due to their continued growth, we are now looking for a strong Sales and Design Consultants to join a dynamic and diverse group of people.

**Role**
As a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant, your focus will be to convert allocated leads into hard dollar outcomes by taking your customers on a journey through the Showroom and assisting them with their selection. You will use your consultative approach to conduct in home customer presentations and produce three dimensional plans which will represent the customers vision.

**Other responsibilities**
- Consultatively guiding customers through the product selection process
- Completing quotes efficiently, including amendments and upgrades where possible
- Maintaining a professional appearance and being knowledgeable about the products and service solutions
- Staying customer centric, to ensure customer needs are pre-empted

**You**
You are highly organised, structured and can execute a detailed sales strategy to reach your targets. Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and are able to think on your feet.

**Other attributes**
- 3-5 years in a fast paced B2C sales environment
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel based software
- Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Creative flair, with a strong eye for detail
- Decisive and action orientated with an entrepreneurial flair
- Highly organised, with a proven ability to plan ahead
- **Ability to attend appointments on a Saturday and the occasional night**:

- **Willingness to learn a new industry**

**Reward**
The OTE for this role sits at $120K- $140K, which is made up of a base salary, super, car allowance, business tools and highly achievable bonus structure.
