**About the role**

The Recruitment Officer will work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead to oversee the end to end recruitment, orientation and support for the Central Allocations Unit (CAU) Supplementary Workforce.

The Recruitment Officer will perform a wide range of administrative support tasks to assist and ensure the efficient and effective onboarding of the Supplementary Workforce.

You will be required to provide 2 referees that are direct managers / supervisors (including your current manager).

- End to end recruitment process
- Accurate data entry into required software systems
- Demonstrated ability to function within a team
- Provide a high standard of administrative support

- Commitment to ongoing mandatory education

***Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
- Previous experience in contemporary recruitment tools and processes would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high work load environment with the ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload with conflicting deadlines.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals
