The Round (Whitehorse’s new performing art and function centre) is an innovative, versatile and inspiring cultural venue set in an expansive parkland setting. The facility offers:

- Large-scale theatrical performances and intimate shows across two theatres
- A functions centre with banquet style seating up to 300 people and auxiliary meeting rooms
- Local festivals in the natural amphitheatre Community classes in purpose-built spaces

**The role**:
The Function Supervisor will be the shift supervisor during functions and events. They will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment and the smooth operation of events at The Round. They will ensure a high-quality customer service is provided to clients, guests, patrons and hirers.

**About you**:

- Knowledge and skills in providing a high-quality customer experience in a functions environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff.
- Very good verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and hirers.
- Well-developed day-to-day decision making skills. Well-developed skills in conflict resolution.
