As a result of ongoing business growth, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic full-time personal assistant to join our team based in the Melbourne CBD. This role will be working alongside the CEO assisting in day to day administrative and work tasks

The responsibilities of the role include administrative duties at Board meetings, coordination of events, and liaison with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing and planning meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
- Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO may require
- Finalizing and presenting any research materials
- Assisting with calendar management and appointment setting
- Reviewing and editing documents, eg, proposals, engagement letters
- Organising team events/functions
- Assisting with calendar management and appointment setting
- Assisting with project work
- Attending client meetings
- Attending board meetings and taking minutes

About you:

- Experience in a previous PA role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines; and be able to respond rapidly to change
- Must be able to demonstrate strong administration skills; having the ability to work autonomously and with a high level of detail, efficiency and accuracy
- Commitment to meeting high quality standards
- Strong and proven communication skills - both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with people.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Two year’s experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Experience in the education sector is highly regarded

**EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Enjoy interacting with people from other cultures
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
