**About the Role**:

An exciting opportunity exists for a hands on role as a **Facilities Support Officer** in the Business Services team within the Corporate Services branch located in Adelaide. The Facilities Support Officer supports the Business Services unit with business activities and administrative services; including DEW Accommodation Helpdesk, corporate function/tasks for the department, general administrative duties and facilities-based projects across DEW as required. The role offers a diverse breadth of activities relating to facilities and accommodation with the opportunity for site visits across the state. **About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Effective oral and written communication skills, especially in reporting, resolving conflicts and fostering stakeholder relationships.
- Strong planning skills to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are revised to meet changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Sound understanding of external contract management and compliance to agreed standards and specifications.
- Demonstrated understanding of Across Government Facilities Management Arrangements (AGFMA) and government and agency requirements and practices for facilities management, project management and procurement.

**Contract**:
Contract for up to 12 months

**Special Conditions**:

- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- Current class “C" driver's licence.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of normal hours of work.

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 - $66,590 min - $70,968 max p.a.
