**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Change Analyst** to play a key role that supports successful delivery of sustainable business outcomes for projects within the change management team. This is a support role that requires excellent organisational and analytical skills and will be responsible for developing key elements of change plans while working along-side the Change Managers. You will provide support across various functions such as Stakeholder Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Communication templates, Implementation Planning, coordination of workshops and events and work closely with Business Analysts on those projects.

Reporting to the **Superintendent, Change and Communications, APAC-West** **PMO** and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our global **Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team**, you will have responsibility for the following:
Preparing and maintaining stakeholder lists
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain a centralised stakeholder list
- Provide support for templates and communications for projects
- Document processes, support and/or preparing/ develop artefacts for Change Managers
- Participate in process review workshops, document outcomes and provide training material support
- Stakeholder Workshops participant preparation
- Support and coordination for UAT activities and Change Impact Assessments
- Adoption Planning, remediation, reporting (PowerBI)
- Provide adhoc support to projects that require small change efforts, ie. Adhoc communications, stakeholder notifications, executing on repeatable standardised change activity

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 3-5 years in change management/project delivery.
- Communications delivery, stakeholder engagement and project Coordination
- Microsoft suite, Power BI, Sharepoint
- Training planning, execution and delivery
- Engagement and communications planning
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analysis
- Engagement with stakeholders and influence across various levels
- Communication skills, including coordinate workshops and presentations, preparation of training material
