Local government department looking for a Change Analyst

**About the role**

Our clients are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join our Strategy and Performance Business Unit and play a crucial role in driving organisational change for our technology projects. As a Change Analyst, you will work closely with the Change Lead and various stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of technology initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and delivery of change management strategies, including communication plans, change management plans, learning and adoption schedules, and stakeholder management plans.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to maximise adoption rates and ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.
- Participate in business readiness planning to ensure employees and customers are prepared for change.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies involved in change initiatives.
- Support the development and facilitation of learning and adoption, including the creation of training plans and materials.
- Drive the successful delivery of technology projects that meet business needs by continuously promoting change adoption.
- Provide regular reports to the Change Lead and senior leaders on the progress and effectiveness of change management plans.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the success of change management activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Utilise internal tools to develop engaging communication materials tailored to stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with Change Champions, HR, IT, Strategy and Performance, and Marketing to leverage support structures.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant work experience in a related field.
- Prosci, Lean, and/or Agile Change qualifications.
- Previous experience leading technology projects with a focus on change management.
- Demonstrated experience in change management for ERP implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to analyse information to propose strategic change directions.
