**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition Lead, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to WesCEF’s ongoing success by delivering exceptional Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding services.

You will work closely with leaders and team members across WesCEF, as well as external stakeholders, to attract and onboard top talent while continuously improving recruitment and onboarding processes and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify opportunities to enhance and automate talent acquisition systems and processes.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging hiring process aligned with WesCEF’s DEIB Strategy.
- Lead recruitment campaigns, manage branding initiatives, and coordinate volume recruitment activities such as assessment centres.
- Deliver timely reporting on recruitment metrics and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.

**With stakeholders located at both our Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations you will need to be able to travel between both locations as required.**

**Please note that our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.**

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strategic hiring. (Desirable)
- Expertise in MS Office and HRIS, with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

**Given the nature of the position and within reason, the successful incumbent may be required to be contactable outside of business hours.**
