**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a full time Centre Administrator to join our team based onsite at a shopping centre in Sylvania In this varied and busy role, you will provide support to the Centre Manager and team with the general operations of the centre.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Manage all aspects of front desk operations including vetting all incoming calls and face to face enquiries and directing and delegating to the appropriate personnel.
Monthly rental collections and arrears
Manage accounts payable and account receivable
Lease maintenance - manage vendor creations and notes in MRI to ensure accurate tenancy schedule
Liaise with casual mall tenants, ensuring they are set up in the correct location and monitoring presentation standards
Collect monthly sales figures from each retailer each month by the required timeframe and enter these into the system

Previous administration and accounts experience ideally
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective communicator verbal and written
Microsoft Office suite exposure
