**Our client**
Our client is a privately owned property investment company with a portfolio of retail and commercial properties across Australia. You will be working at one of their regional shopping centres located in Baulkham Hills.

**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Administrator to support the centre manager at a regional up and coming shopping centre. Reporting to the centre manager you will be involved in the Coordination of all aspects of office admin, account management, accounts payable, accounts receivables and extensive tenant liaison. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing admin skills in this varied and valued role as well as broaden your skills set within the retail manager role.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting centre manager with creation of budgets and reconciliations
- Maintaining the lease tracker and managing the documents for new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments
- Arrears and Outgoings management
- Client liaison, including enquiries from customers, tenants, owners, and contractors
- Account management including rental collection, arrears reconciliations and accounts payable
- Tenant relations

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a similar Property Administration role. You will also possess the following attributes:

- Prior experience with retail property highly regarded
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft word and Excel
- An ability to work proactively and autonomously
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service & communications skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
