Developments include medium and high-rise towers in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, townhouses, house and land packages and master planned communities. Privately owned and with an enviable reputation they continue to go from strength to strength.

**The Role**

Having recently adopted a Developer Builder model they are looking to add to one of their Construction teams at south end of the Gold Coast. They are starting a 14 level, 3 basements, sold out luxury apartment building soon and want to bring on a Structure Foreman.

Joining the Site Manager and wider project team you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of all the structure trades on site. Starting with the dig and then bringing the structure out of the ground. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring safety is closely managed through the correct documentation and methodology and safe work practice.
- Driving productivity and creating short range programs - 2/4 week look ahead
- Managing quality control, hold points and ITP’s

**About You**
- You will be a specialist Structures Foreman
- You MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers, preferably delivering a class 1 product.
- You will be a proven leader and passionate about your trade and your team.
- This would suit someone who has worked in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor in a Facade Foreman role for 5 years +.
