**Company**:
Our client is an established construction company with a very recognisable name in the Queensland construction scene. They've always been associated with job security and opportunity and often see people staying for the majority of their career.

They have a history of delivering projects up to and well beyond $100's of millions and this opportunity is delivering a Hospital which is due to start on site in the coming weeks.

The project team is well supported with Project and Site Engineers as well as a Site Manager with a strong structures background.

**Role**:
The Structures Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:

- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program
- Short term programming

**Person**:

- A stable career history within the construction industry
- Structures experience is essential
- Project experience over $30m
- Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Supervisors licence

Here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an above market salary and be supported on site by other Foreman, Site/Project Engineers, Site Manager and Project Manager.
