- **We are on the hunt for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our client's Tier 1 team in Queensland. Labrador based apartment project**

**The role**:
We are looking for a Finishes Foreman to supervise, coordinate and help implement all activities on the construction site to ensure the project is delivered on budget, on time and to the best of standards.

You will work closely with the construction teams, other supervisors and will form strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all-site activities
- Management of multiple trades and site personnel
- Driving site productivity
- Managing OHS and Site Safety
- Identifying critical paths
- Ensuring delivery of construction programmes to key milestones

**About you**:

- Must have recent experience as a Finishes Foreman on High-Rise developments
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Management and sub contractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- Ability to hold tool box talks and promote safe work sites
- Ability to write a short term construction program
- Looking to up skill and progress your career in the industry with a keen eye for detail
