Part of the group, Robert Plumb Build, one of Sydney's leading premium residential building companies, has become well known for building excellence, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The company collaborates with some of Australia's leading architects and interior designers to create homes that are beautiful in design and meticulous in structure.

We have an exciting new architecturally designed residential project starting in the Central Coast (NSW) in August, and are looking for a local Site Foreman to manage the build. The successful Foreman must have prior experience in high end architectural builds to succeed in this position.

**About the Role**

Our Site Foremen are integral in the successful delivery and completion of each project. Leading a team of Carpenters, Apprentices and Sub-contractors, these roles are responsible for the end to end delivery of the project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, site set out and all associated management requirements for each site.

Our projects and Site Foremen are supported by the Construction Manager, plus a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

**Responsibilities**
- Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of work
- Workplace health and safety
- Site setout
- Manage site supplies, materials and equipment
- Team leadership
- Meticulous carpentry and finishing skills
- Stakeholder management
- Coordination and managing other trades and sub-contractors
- Support/lead Apprentices
- Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times

**Skills & experience**
- 5+ years post trade high end residential experience
- Meticulous eye for detail
- High quality workmanship
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional manner and champion of the brand
- Excellent organisational and planning skills

**Qualifications/Certificates**
- Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma (preferable)
- Cert III Carpentry
- Drivers licence (own vehicle)
- White card
- Own tools
