Join the Retail & Administration team at this Iconic Shopping Centre in New South Wales as a **Property Assistant** and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of this premier retail destination.

As a Property Assistant, you will be at the forefront of driving the shopping centre's financial performance. Imagine contributing to the seamless collection, payment, and reporting of accounts, ensuring smooth cash flow and arrears management. Your role will be the first line of support for stakeholder inquiries, making you an indispensable part of our success story. Location: North-West of Sydney.

**Salary**: $75,000 package + 5% Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Criteria:

- **Prior Experience** - Demonstrate administration or debt collection experience, preferably in retail property.
- **Rent Expertise** - Showcase your prowess in managing and collecting tenancy rents.
- **Data Wizardry** - Exhibit high accuracy in data creation and interpretation.
- **Communication Pro** - Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- **Tech Savvy** - Show competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Time Management** - Flaunt your exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- **Excellence Advocate** - Ability to uphold and exceed QIC Standards of Excellence.
