**Position Description**

We are looking for a Program Administration Offier who will be responsible the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the Volvo Group Australia’s Ecom, Ship Direct and related programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance - Price, Product, and documentation of Volvo Groups proprietary ECom platform.
- Drive continuous improvement in the programs and processes via projects and related forums with local, regional, and global stakeholders and system owners.
- Supplier price file management including effect simulations on price changes and reporting as such.
- Liaising with Product Managers / Customers / Vendors / Service Market PDC Sydney
- Ensure Invoicing of goods / products in a timely and customer focused manner using various internal Volvo Group systems for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and facilitate relationships with key stakeholders within Volvo Group Aust and the authorised dealer network.
- Maintaining up to date supplier and dealer database
- Work with Ecom marketing programs to maintain data and assist Ecom Coordinator with marketing programs
- Liaise with ECom suppliers on outstanding orders to maintain low order to invoices days and communication of delays in supply to our authorised dealer network
- Sundry invoicing / credit runs for various internal Volvo Group Departments
- Providing administration support and undertaking associated special projects and tasks for the Volvo Group Australia Service Market team.
- Ensure compliance with Volvo Groups Environmental Policy, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and in general take any reasonable steps and precautions to protect or minimise harm to the workplace, its employees, and the environment
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Business Administration/Finance or similar discipline preferred.
- Project Management preferred.
Business skills & attributes
- Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Automotive experience preferred
- Good numeracy skills and a basic understanding of accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft packages)
- Self-motivated with a passion for excellent customer service
- Professional approach and image

**Salary**: $65,000-75,000 per annum, excluding superannuation
