**Responsibilities**
In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include:

- **Developing Strategic Sales Plans**: Crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and target new business opportunities and market niches.
- **Team Leadership**: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated sales team, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- **Sales Collateral & Promotions**: Utilising effective sales materials that drive interest and ensure brand alignment across all channels.
- **E-commerce Oversight**: Managing and optimising the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online experience and increasing online sales.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to recommend competitive product and pricing strategies.
- **Performance Analysis**: Tracking and analysing sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Preparing detailed sales reports, projections, and budgets for senior management, providing insights that guide key business decisions.

**Applicant Requirements**
- Proven track record in sales and e-commerce management.
- A degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers and partners.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies, with experience driving online sales growth.
