**Position: Sales Admin & Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Direct Reporting**:_ Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights.
- **Calendar Management**:_ Effectively manage the calendar of the Head of Sales and Marketing, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing key sales activities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:_ Prepare and organize sales reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the Head of Sales and Marketing to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Meeting Coordination**:_ Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place. Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**:_ Efficiently manage travel arrangements for the Directors and the Head of Sales and Marketing, optimizing schedules and minimizing logístical challenges.
- **Event Planning Support**:_ Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, conferences, and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum impact.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:_ Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- **Task Prioritization**:_ Prioritize tasks and responsibilities based on the strategic objectives and immediate needs of the Head of Sales and Marketing.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:_ Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales team, ensuring that relevant information reaches the Head of Sales and Marketing in a timely manner.
- **Ad Hoc Support**:_ Provide ad hoc support as needed, responding to requests, and taking initiative to address challenges proactively.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector (stone, glass, tiling or construction).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
