Tempe Tyres is a leading tyre and wheel retailer with multiple branches and well-established quality brands, and we are in pursuit of a results-driven Sales representative/admin to join the team based at our Fairfield branch.
Reporting to branch manager you must be able to work to deadlines, be organized, have a strong passion for sales and be customer centric.
**Key duties and responsibilities of this role include**:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information,
- Maintain knowledge of products, current sales and promotions, policies regarding sales/exchange, safety and company security practices
- Receiving inbound calls from external customers regarding sales or enquiries
- Accurately processing orders and quotes
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- A friendly phone manner and strong communicator
- An ability to think on your feet with good attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 38 per week
A background or interest in automotive is an advantage, although not essential
