**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure Sort Systems and related depot equipment is fully maintained, that all necessary preventative maintenance is carried out and provide prompt corrective action in cases of unforeseen breakdowns or damages being incurred.

This position requires sound abilities in an Industrial environment with the capacity to undertake broader responsibility for general depot maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance of automated sort systems and related freight handling equipment to ensure maximum throughput capacity is available., ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out.
- Act upon rapid repair of critical system components.
- Early identification and Rapid correction of electrical or mechanical faults related to sortation systems.
- Maintain a cost-effective maintenance process, ensuring maintenance costs are accounted for and reported accurately.
- Management and training of maintenance personnel in correct maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate tools and equipment are available to maintenance staff.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts.
- Aid in the development of innovative system improvements, maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Effective adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Stakeholder management
- Ensure maintenance equipment is maintained in safe working order.

- Freight/Transport experience
- Qualified tradesperson
- Restricted Electrical License (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in leading maintenance/reliability functions in continuous process operating environments
- Have sound knowledge of system-based approach to the maintenance core functions
