One of Gold Coast's major construction equipment companies requires an Inventory Administrator for their team

**Your new company**
Our client is a global leader in assisting their customers with the buying and selling of heavy duty, high quality construction equipment.

The role:

- Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering any questions they have regarding the heavy equipment inventory and assisting to resolve any issues that arise.
- Administer shipping and receiving documents related to the delivery of equipment to and from auction sites
- Data entry into software regarding equipment sent for auction
- Verifying equipment descriptions based off industry standard manuals
- Provide assistance where required to the equipment inspection team
- Quickly identify equipment serial numbers, record basic equipment descriptions and label equipment correctly
- Ensure all equipment information and data is up to date on system
- Assist the sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak periods

About you:

- 1-2 years in an administration role
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of construction equipment desirable
- High level attention to detail and organisation
- Adaptable to change and shifting priorities
- Highly motivated and a vibrant, high energy personality
- Hard working but still have fun on the job
