**Your new role**
With your strong experience as Agile Coach you will be responsible for:

- Provide the teams with the necessary knowledge required to start the project while improving the internal dynamics by increasing collaboration and innovation.
- Help Scrum master to plan meetings and help teams on the estimation of the user stories while making sure they are following agile processes in each sprint.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Along with your established experience as an Agile Coach and your knowledge implementing SAFe programs across teams and stakeholders you will need:

- Understanding of the user perspective with hands on experience in coaching and training diverse stakeholders in large organizations.
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum concepts, with experience with Agile in a Software System Safety context
- Being able to Identify project risks and raise them proactively.
- Experience in Systems Integration, with the capacity of introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility across the teams.
- Scrum master/coach certification
