**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the successful delivery of the ePCR program through knowledge sharing, workload planning, and prioritization.
- Actively participate in training, development activities, and cultivating a team-oriented work ethos focused on high-quality outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement by generating ideas for enhancing work practices and supporting the ePCR project team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to SA Health values and strategic directions through appropriate behaviors.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Project Manager, staff, internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advice on project administration functions, processes, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and undertake a range of high-quality project support services, ensuring compliance with SA Health governance frameworks.
- Implement and monitor communication and engagement activities, ensuring timely and effective communication of changes to stakeholders.

The SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is undertaking a major initiative to modernise its operations with the introduction of an electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) system.

The initiative marks a significant step toward modernising SAAS operations, aligning them with national standards, and ensuring that paramedics are equipped with the tools they need to deliver high-quality care across South Australia.

The ePCR system will streamline the way paramedics record patient information, improving the accuracy and efficiency of care provided during emergencies. It will allow paramedics to enter patient observations and care details directly into a digital platform, accessible in real-time. This will not only enhance the quality of care delivered on the scene but also facilitate smoother handovers to hospital staff, as information can be instantly shared with receiving facilities.
