**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive readiness plan for the ePCR solution rollout across SAAS.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs to upskill frontline staff on the ePCR solution and facilitate seamless adoption.
- Collaborate with the ePCR Technical Manager and team to ensure security, privacy, and integration requirements are met.
- Oversee the development and testing of system integrations to validate functionality and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge management articles, and support materials for the ePCR solution.
- Monitor and report on readiness progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the implementation.
- Champion change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within SAAS.
- Represent the ePCR project at stakeholder meetings, forums, and working groups, providing expert advice and guidance.

The SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is undertaking a major initiative to modernise its operations with the introduction of an electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) system.

The initiative marks a significant step toward modernising SAAS operations, aligning them with national standards, and ensuring that paramedics are equipped with the tools they need to deliver high-quality care across South Australia.

The ePCR system will streamline the way paramedics record patient information, improving the accuracy and efficiency of care provided during emergencies. It will allow paramedics to enter patient observations and care details directly into a digital platform, accessible in real-time. This will not only enhance the quality of care delivered on the scene but also facilitate smoother handovers to hospital staff, as information can be instantly shared with receiving facilities.
