About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable officer (12 Month Fixed-term Contract) to
play an integral part in our exciting finance team.

The key objectives for the Accounts Payable are to be involved in Accounts Payable
responsibilities and create solutions to business problems to drive efficiency.
Reporting to the AP Team Leader you will be an integral member of this busy and friendly.
finance team with primary responsibility to include.
- Processing a high volume of invoices.
- Ensuring all supplier invoices are compliant, entered accurately and in a timely
manner
- Management of “parked” invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and sites to ensure timely resolution for payment
- Responding to internal and external queries.
- Reconciling allocated supplier accounts.
- performing other ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Your focus and high-level attention to detail will be key to your success in this role
- Previous experience using SAP or another large ERP platform
- Basic understanding of tax and invoice compliance obligations
- An enthusiastic, customer focused and self-motivated personality
- An ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines, in a busy and agile
environment
- Strong work ethic and exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Budget: 70k-75k
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Employment Status: 12-month Fixed Terms

Software Skills
Worked with SAP tool.
Or oracle, JD Edward

Location : Rhode NSW
