Bookkeeper/office Manager

Hospitality group looking for a part time book keeper and payroll that'll handle the financial administration for the group, featuring 3 businesses and growing with additional locations over the next 24 months.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with accounting software such as Xero
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Timesheets using Deputy for payroll
- Be detail-oriented, ability to multitask, work independently and prioritise tasks
- Proven track record of increased responsibilities and scope
- Ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires the in-depth evaluation of numerous factors
- Experience in hospitality and restaurant book keeping or finances
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Processing payroll runs fortnightly and casual weekly
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Account Reconciliation (Xero and AirWallex)
- Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS
- Processing superannuation contributions
- Weekly employee expenses
- Weekly employee expenses
- P&L reports
- A strong knowledge of Excel
- Previous payroll experience, preferably with online timesheets and familiarity with payroll systems
- Bank reconciliation and bookkeeping experience
- Do you have children? Work between school hours
- Previous experience in a small business environment would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
