This is an exciting time for the business as it looks for an experience master data officer and/or admin and accounts professional to join their team immediately.

**Position Description**
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining Product Master Data Information
- High-volume data entry
- Data cleansing as required to suit changing system parameters and other data quality initiatives
- Timely vendor cost, and customer pricing, date accuracy is updated in the ERP system
- Routinely update planning parameters in consultation with Branches and Supply Management Team.Responsible for accurate data processing through regular cleansing activities
- Produce and distribute accurate and timely data reports to provide stakeholders with visibility of data updates and changes
- Providing adhoc reporting support, to Sales, Purchasing and HO SCM
- Ensure all Procedures and Process are documented and maintained
- Assist with general administration tasks
- Prior experience working with Master Data or in an Accounts Payable and Admin Role
- Strong excel skills (being able to use the v-look ups and pivot table functions).
- ERP experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and technical skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills
