**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our busy Corporate Reception team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a professional, courteous and customer service focused Client Service Coordinator (undertaking Corporate Reception duties), you will manage the front of house experience on our client floor, ensuring a positive first impression and experience for our clients and visitors, when entering the Ashurst office. In this role you will be responsible for diverse and varied duties, extending from traditional reception and switchboard duties whilst ensuring each visitor has an exceptional customer service experience, you will also provide administrative support for the client floor and on occasion other parts of the office. Working alongside another Client Service Coordinator, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic team in a busy and diverse role.

Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (inclusive of one hour for lunch), however flexibility is required when providing support for events or client meetings.

**About You**:
In this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
- Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to use initiative and follow through on requests
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Meeting room reservation system experience, EMS or similar
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability (work practices and hours)
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to problem solve

To ensure success in this role you will be well-presented, with a bright personality and have a keen drive to help others. You will also enjoy the responsibility of a fast-paced reception with the ability to communicate confidently and courteously with clients and staff.
