**Position Summary**

An opportunity currently exists for an eBusiness Acceleration Manager to join our team based in our Rhodes office. We are looking for a commercially savvy, passionate digital leader who has experience working with some of Australia’s biggest supermarket retailers.

In this full-time permanent role, the eBusiness Acceleration Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive our digital transformation across our Snacks & Nestlé Cereals business, working on iconic brands such as Uncle Toby’s and MILO to pioneer the future of retail grocery shopping, through eCommerce and digital marketing. The portfolio is vast covering breakfast favourites such as Uncle Toby’s Oats, MILO Cereal, Uncle Toby’s Plus cereal and lunch box favourites such as Le Snak, Roll-Ups, Muesli bars and MILO cereal Bars.

**A day in the life**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Snacks, key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Lead the development of the digital transformation strategy across the Cereals and Snacks business units, taking global best practice and local category and consumer insight to develop plans to win across eCommerce and Digital Marketing in the Snacks and Cereals categories
- Work closely with the brand, category and sales teams to deliver the annual eCommerce plan, through ensuring the right portfolio, promotions and executions which win with the changing needs of online shoppers across leading grocery retailers
- Support the brands teams on building engaging digitally-led consumer and shopping experiences, through direct consumer access at scale and next level content
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor online performance and digital shelf metrics, optimise digital media performance and develop best-in-class content developing strategies and plans to close gaps or enhance performance identified opportunities.
- As a digital expert you will partner with the business to review investments across the path to purchase and optimize the consumer and shopper journey
- Coach, develop and inform team members on digital insights, performance analytics and share relevant learnings from global, local competitors, other business units.

**What will make you successful**
- 3-5 years’ experience in either eBusiness, digital acceleration or category/channel development
- Understanding of best practice digital marketing tools and services
- Strong analytical, numerical, and planning skills
- Strong strategic and executional marketing, Sales and Brand communications understanding
- A deep knowledge and understanding of the eBusiness environment and experience working with some of Australia’s largest supermarket retailers will be highly regarded.
- Enjoy working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or other relevant discipline
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience and familiarity working with an FMCG will be highly regarded.
