The City of Melville is now seeking 3 x Business Support and Administrative professionals who know the ins and outs of administrative processes and can seamlessly cater to the diverse needs of our service areas.

**As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for;**
- Providing a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the service area.
- Preparing documentation and correspondence in line with organisational requirements.
- Acting as the voice of Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and other staff, expertly preparing their responses.
- Maintaining our records and databases, ensuring they are up to date, accurate, and readily accessible, all while adhering to our impeccable administrative systems and processes.
- Providing assistance to different areas and within the organisation as directed and required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Display a solid foundation in numeracy, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring valuable experience from a customer-focused environment, demonstrating your ability to cater to diverse needs and deliver great customer service.
- Proven proficiency in navigating corporate and financial databases, showcasing your sound knowledge of data management.
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft suite of products.
