The Management Services team now has an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to expand their skill set, and experience personal growth within the City of Melville as part of the Administrative support to the CEO and the Mayor.

As an integral part of the Management Services team, you will utilise your proven experience in business support and administration to meet the diverse needs of our team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Efficiently prioritising and managing communication needs and issues.
- Providing a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the service area.
- Preparing documentation and correspondence in line with organisational requirements.
- Maintaining our records and databases, ensuring they are up to date, accurate, and readily accessible, all while adhering to our impeccable administrative systems and processes.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, including proficiency with office equipment, modern technologies and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers both internal and external.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing work situations and environments.
- High level attention to detail.
