**What you’ll do**:

- Design, build and deliver user-friendly reports and dashboards in Power BI to track and analyse performance for dissemination to Executive, Board and Board committees as required.
- Propose and recommend appropriate changes to measurement or reporting of high level corporate KPIs that better reflect the purpose and core activities of the business.
- Ensure quality of corporate performance reporting and analysis is based on data that is robust, properly understood and accurately sourced.
- Undertake deep-dive data analysis to identify potential areas of business improvement and/or trends in performance, especially where performance is dropping or behind target, including route cause analysis.
- Identify data quality issues or anomalies and contribute to rectifying these in conjunction with source systems custodian and other stakeholders.
- Support the broader Strategy & Performance team on reporting, insights and improvement opportunities as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or information management or similar business discipline
- Proficient in use and development of reporting and data analytics and data visualisation tools and systems including Power BI
- Ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data to provide useful output and insight.
- Demonstrated experience in building performance dashboards and reports.
- Experience in producing in contributing to production of annual and other external reports.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others across the business.
- Demonstrated ability to plan work to meet strict deadlines.
