What you'll do:

  • Design, build and deliver userfriendly reports and dashboards in Power BI to track and analyse performance for dissemination to Executive, Board and Board committees as required.
  • Propose and recommend appropriate changes to measurement or reporting of high level corporate KPIs that better reflect the purpose and core activities of the business.
  • Ensure quality of corporate performance reporting and analysis is based on data that is robust, properly understood and accurately sourced.
  • Undertake deepdive data analysis to identify potential areas of business improvement and/or trends in performance, especially where performance is dropping or behind target, including route cause analysis.
  • Identify data quality issues or anomalies and contribute to rectifying these in conjunction with source systems custodian and other stakeholders.
  • Support the broader Strategy & Performance team on reporting, insights and improvement opportunities as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information management or similar business discipline
  • Proficient in use and development of reporting and data analytics and data visualisation tools and systems including Power BI
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data to provide useful output and insight.
  • Demonstrated experience in building performance dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in producing in contributing to production of annual and other external reports.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others across the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work to meet strict deadlines.
