u&u. Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a well-known business that is close to home. With impressive facilities, flexibility to perform your role, a lovely team of experienced payroll officers and a manager who is very easy-going, this role is not to be missed.
What will U be doing?
Provide staff with calculations and salary impacts in response to salary packaging enquiries (i.e.: novated leasing, superannuation);
Ensure Enterprise Agreement conditions are updated in the payroll system and processed in a timely manner (i.e.: salary increases, allowances);
Processing and reconciling staff entitlement transfers between government bodies;
Preparation and analysis of payroll process and data for internal and external auditors;
Process fortnightly timesheets and leave forms;
Develop, update and maintain payroll files, databases, spreadsheets and workflows to meet best industry practice;
Run fortnightly reports as per pay periods and process any adjustments required to ensure that staff are being paid correctly and on time;
Distribution of pay advices and post pay reports; and
Run month end reports and reconcile to provide to Financial Services team.

What experience do U need?
Demonstrated experience in the use of a Chris21 payroll software;
Ability and desire to provide the highest level of customer service;
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of a payroll function;
Knowledge of legislation requirements in relation to payroll; and
