We are currently looking for a experienced Administration Officer to support our Head of the KC Skill centre and her highly skilled training team with administration duties.
**Responsibilities**
As Admin Officer, you will:
- Answer all inbound and external enquiries via phone (have a strong understanding of our fee structure, cancelation notice period, group booking discounts, on-line & in-person trainings)
- Check online enquiries via word press software and responding efficiently
- Recommending the right product or solution for them
- Building relationships and trust so it's a positive experience
- Book students into the Appointy CRM software & communicating with appropriate departments for confirmations
- Reaching out to and engaging leads
- Meeting with prospective businesses and following up with prospective businesses
- Set up training rooms ready for the training
- Direct students to the appropriate training room
- Clean training rooms after the training
- Print and Bind workbooks
- Scan and file all completed training and assessments
- Receive, send, and forward invoices from external clients and ensure prompt follow ups that invoices have been paid to confirm booking of training sessions - working alongside CFO
- Order stationery items required to be restocked
- Comply with and contribute towards the success of the KC Skills Centre.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent computer skills including experience in outlook and Microsoft
- Excellent, clear verbal and written, communication skills
- Able to multi-task with attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
