**The Role**
- Provide strategic vision and strong leadership while directing multiple projects.
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of technical projects consisting of 300+ people totalling over $20-30mil
- Directing a multi-vendor, on-shore / off shore business, comprising multiple workstreams of Business and IT Executives, Senior staff and development teams.
- Ensure clear Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the team, with some of the development being delivered as Waterfall or Agile for the main components of the multiple projects under this portfolio
- Develop an integrated plan to meet the strategic objectives of the stakeholders and ensure that the program is tracking to plan. Ensure that the critical path is clearly identified, communicated, and managed.
- Manage the definition of project scope and objectives
- Set goals for the Projects and the leaders, tracking progress, set-backs, and overall performance
- Prepare and maintain budgets and ensure any variance to budget is managed through effective change control processes & Governance

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Extensive leadership and team management experience within project/program delivery
- Formal certification in Project Delivery or relevant
- Experience 7+ years of portfolio Management for medium to large Programs ($10Mil to up to $80Mil and/or 50-120+ team members)
- Media industry experience required
- Experience in strategy and managing risk - managing 3rd party vendors
- Experience working with Senior Stakeholders at all levels C-Suite - Execs and Leaders
