**About the Role**:
The Manager, Enterprise Portfolio is accountable for owning and improving the Project Management Framework and engaging with the Project Community and key stakeholders to improve project delivery. You will develop a deep understanding of status and systemic risks across the Bank's Portfolio to inform portfolio prioritisation and investment decision making. This is an exciting role that has a high level of visibility and profile across this Federal Government Organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership for the delivery of the organisation's enterprise portfolio of programs and projects.
- Facilitate the evaluation and prioritisation of the project portfolio by the organisation's Investment Committee.
- Present analysis and thematic insights from programs and projects to inform the Executive team.
- Support strategic planning processes and ensure visibility of a multi-year roadmap of programs and projects.

**Key Skills**:

- Extensive experience in managing enterprise portfolios, programs and projects.
- Experience in delivering medium to complex programmes or projects across an enterprise.
- Experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver business outcomes and continuous improvements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
