**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an AR Receipting Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate receipts allocation and reconciliations of accounts.
This is a hybrid role and can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne.
**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions, including payment dates, amounts, and payment methods.
- Timely reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Direct Debit and Credit Card payments as required.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support Accounts Receivable Team with finalisation of Billing where required.
- Complete daily and end of month bank reconciliation.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience of 2+ years in a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
- High level of drive, motivation, and initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
**Desirable**
- Prior experience working in a high-volume environment within Healthcare or Aged Care industry
**Additional Requirements**:
- National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of work rights
