**About the Role**

The **BPM Tool Specialist **responsibilities include:

- ** BPM System Configuration & Administration**:Build, configure, administer and update process management artefacts within the BPM system such as process architecture, process standards, process attributes, user interfaces, datasets, and workflows. Assist in integrating with existing systems and databases, enabling seamless data integrity, exchange, and accessibility.
- ** BPM System Requirements**:Continuously manage, prioritise and align BPM system components to business requirements and the BPM system lifecycle.
- ** Training and Support**:Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users, addressing any technical or usage-related questions.
- ** Reporting & Analytics**: Create and share BPM system reports with Business Owners to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement or process re-design.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and technical teams to align system design with business requirements for a fit-for-purpose BPM solution. Promote the BPM system and its usage in BPM.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional certification, e.g., IIBA (Business Analyst), BPM, Process Mapping (BPMN/ DMN) or similar industry standard highly advantageous
- Prior BPM system certifications highly advantageous

**Experience/Skills Required**
- 3+ years of proven experience in administering, configuring, maintaining, and using BPM systems, focusing on their daily operations and long-term objectives.
- Experience in comprehending business processes end-to-end, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their intricacies and dependencies.
- Experience in modelling approaches such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), data flow diagrams and/or SIPOC. Process mining experience, customer journey or enterprise architecture mapping highly advantageous.
- Strong passion for learning, mastering, and enhancing system capabilities and functionalities, with a ‘can-do’ and continuous improvement mindset.
- Highly developed, analytical, problem solving, issues management and evaluation skills to deliver innovative BPM system solutions.
- Appreciation for business and process architecture, enabling a deeper understanding of the organisation's structural components and their impact on processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, consultation, negotiation and reporting/presentation skills, including the ability to influence people at all levels, and foster and maintain collaborative working relationships both within and outside the organisation.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
