**We will count on you to**:

- Monitor Data Quality action plans in collaboration with the PAC Region, global MDS and Operations Teams
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, adherence to concepts, outliers and inconsistencies
- Develop data projects and strategy presentations to be presented to a C-suite audience
- Communicate data results to regional and global leaders

**What you need to have**:

- Continuous improvement / PDCA, Kayen, DMAIC, BPM, BPMN
- KPIs / OKRS experience
- Intermediate Excel (ProcV, PivotTable, use of functions, knowing how to reverse engineer on Excel that was previously built)
- Project Management experience PMP / Waterfall project management
- Agile project management / Scrum
- Dashboard development (Tableau or Power BI or Qlik or competitor)
- Organised and succinct communication for a C-suite audience
- RASCI Experience or roles and responsibilities matrices
