We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee our Victorian Corporate Broking operations. Reporting to the Southern Region Manager, this hands-on leadership role will see you:

- Provide leadership to and management of the Corporate broking team (5 direct reports), including, but not limited to:

- Staff engagement, recruitment, performance management and retention,
- Budget management and performance,
- Employee development,
- Portfolio management,
- Compliance,
- Process improvement, and
- Reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of allocated clients,
- Provide technical expertise to clients and staff,
- Involvement in project teams within the national business,
- Representing the business at various industry forums as required.

You will ideally bring:

- Genuine experience, success and passion in a people leadership role;
- Minimum 5 years broking experience, ideally with exposure to construction insurance, but not essential;
- Tier 1 Broking (essential);
- Diploma in Broking (desirable);
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, senior management and key stakeholders;
- A strong work ethic, with excellent organisational, communication and time management skills;
- An innate desire to meet and exceed expectations.
