Administrative/executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Administrative/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with a diverse skill set, capable of managing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our business/s.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilise Xero for basic bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital systems such as Trello, Docusign (or alternatives), Canva, and online banking platforms.
- Manage G Suite, including maintaining Google Business profile and handling reviews.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and staff.
- Provide support to office staff as needed.
- Assist the business owner with day-to-day tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Possess basic graphic design skills (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with basic no-code website development platforms such as Wordpress, Wix, etc. (Nice to have).
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience with Xero and basic bookkeeping/payroll tasks.
- Proficiency in digital systems and the ability to explore and adapt to new tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic graphic design skills and/or website development experience would be advantageous.
- Work rights in Australia.
