This role may require flexibility with start hours to support our clients in New Zealand.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Lead, the successful applicant will be a self-starter who can work collaboratively, be flexible, approachable and proactively week ways to go above and beyond for our clients.

The key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Processing and entering all sales orders accurately into the ERP system
- Proactively monitoring all orders and ensuring that the customers is kept informed about the status of their orders
- Provide ongoing communication to the Sales, Audiology & Management teams regarding customer complaints, likes or dislikes by entering feedback into the CRM database
- Liaising with internal departments to provide timely resolutions for customer queries
- Work in collaboration with Field Sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**What you bring**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a team focused environment
- A proven track record in building great relationships and assisting customers with positive enthusiasm
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Self motivated, faster learner with the ability to multi-task
- Intermediate MS Office skills, LN Infor or other CRM systems would be highly regarded
