An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join Service Stream in our Corporate sector based in Melbourne, VIC

About the Role

Service Stream’s Corporate division is seeking 2 part time Receptionists for a job share position, the role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining seamless front-of-house operations and supporting overall office functionality. Additionally, this position involves providing coverage for other receptionist during sick days and annual leave, allowing for expanded hours and potential full-time opportunities.Please note that this role is strictly in-office and does not allow for remote work. Convenient Collins st office location Key Responsibilities: Maintaining presentation of the front of house areas and a professional presentation at all times Be the first point of contact for Employees, Visitors and Members attending the Corporate Office Answering all incoming calls and provide first call resolution Management of meeting rooms, including bookings and cleanliness Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, including adherence to legal requirements Booking couriers, keeping a record of the bookings and following up on any delays experienced Manage incoming enquires through the shared inbox Maintain access passes and register for visitors Maintaining office printers, restocking and ordering supplies are required Managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies and ordering as necessary Ensuring the cleanliness of the staff kitchen area Organising catering for meetings, functions and events, as required Assisting with set up and pack down for internal events Other general reception and administrative support as required About you: Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with frequent interruptions at times Have discretion and confidentiality, with an ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A flexible work approach and ability to adapt to a changing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
